Fee Structure

Model A — Fixed Fee

Flat, scoped upfront. Best for defined engagements: diligence support, data room preparation, refi packages with a clear end point.

Model B — Fixed + Success Fee

Modest fixed fee through diligence, plus a negotiated percentage of purchase price charged to the transaction at close. Fixed fee credited at closing. Most common structure.

Model C — Monthly Retainer

Fixed monthly for ongoing pipeline coverage and portfolio oversight. Best for investors with active deal flow across multiple assets.

All engagements are fixed-fee and scoped in advance — no open-ended hourly billing. Fees for transaction engagements are structured to the deal and charged at closing. Pricing confirmed in the scoping call.
